Human Resource Analytics Dashboard
Human Resource Analytics Dashboard, focused on transforming HR data into meaningful insights to support workforce planning and management. Participants were provided with datasets encompassing employee demographics, recruitment and attrition history, departmental structures, and training records. Using Power BI, students created a centralized dashboard capable of analyzing employee turnover trends, retention rates, training effectiveness, and diversity indicators. They utilized advanced DAX measures to derive metrics such as attrition by tenure, training ROI, and departmental performance benchmarking. The dashboard incorporated interactive elements including filters, cards, and conditional formatting to allow HR leaders to monitor key trends in real time. Through this project, learners demonstrated a deep understanding of how business intelligence tools can be applied to optimize human capital management and align HR strategies with organizational goals.
